Processing Time
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from our studio. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order or custom items may take a little longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship within the United States (and select international locations, if applicable).
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages
While rare, shipping delays can occur once your order is with the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly for updates. If your package appears lost or delayed, reach out to us — we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We’re not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
